Following the generous price cut from LetsBuy, Flipkart has now slashed the price of Dell Venue Pro to Rupees 23,999. Dell Venue Pro, touted as best looking Windows Phone device, is Dell's only phone running Windows Phone 7 OS. For complete specs, click here. Dell Venue Pro has a physical portrait style keypad which makes it consistent with the portrait heavy experience of Windows Phone OS.
We have previously highlighted some firmware issues existing in DVP which haven't been resolved. But majority of DVP owners are pretty much satisfied with the phone.
Notice how HTC mozart has vanished from Flipkart store completely. Not only that but HTC HD7 is out of stock. So out of the three devices officially available in India, only one device is available. Tragic. Such potential but lack of marketing is clearly killing the sales of these devices. I guess HTC just pumped in some prototypes for testing in the sub continent.
Nokia, only you can make people want to buy Windows phone at least here in India.
