The SDK includes drivers, APIs, device interfaces, installer documents, and resource materials for developers who build applications with C++, C#, or Visual Basic by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.Microsoft organised a coding marathon called Code Camp, a24 hour Kinect SDK hacking event, in which developers had to create a project using the Kinect SDK.
