Windows Phone Mango Not Getting In-App Purchases

Remember the hints that we spotted, Microsoft hosting a session at Gamefest about In-App purchasing ? Also, the Microsoft developed 'Birds and Beaks' has DLC/IAP in its upcoming update, so the indications for the feature coming in Mango were strong, but as you can see in the image above, Todd Brix explains that In-App purchases were considered but unable to be included in the upcoming update.
In no way does this rule out IAP for Windows Phone, its just a matter of when after Mango will it arrive.
