Jeff Wilcox recently released his Samsung Focus Windows Phone 7 emulator theme. It gets you closer to the experience of a real device, not technically of course but visually.
Taking clue from Jeff Wilcox's theme idea - Vangos Pterneas created an iPhone theme for Windows Phone emulator. I think it's pretty crazy and refreshing at the same time.
