A Microsoft Case Study on Windows Phone 7 adoption by an enterprise (Video)

We all are pretty much familiar of how consumers ( which are you and me ) respond to WP7 but we tend to forget how big and important the enterprise segment is for Microsoft. Now with Office  / Sharepoint integration in Windows Phone 7 - they have covered the needs of the enterprise user. But I personally have not come across a feedback article from an enterprise perspective. I stumbled upon this case study today, show a consultancy company, Slalom Consulting, giving feedback after adopting Windows Phone 7. The case study video is a must watch. It will cover few important questions like - How is enterprise responding to this new platform ? How is it helping companies that are already using various Microsoft services ?

Video description :

With nine offices nationwide, Slalom Consulting provides customers with market-leading technology solutions that help them run their businesses. In 2010, Microsoft honored the company with the Information Worker Solutions Collaboration and Business Intelligence Partner of the Year awards, and with the Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for the United States. In November 2010, the company adopted Windows Phone 7 as its mobile platform. It employs Windows Phone 7 to develop innovative mobile applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework, a programming model and set of application programming interfaces for building applications and services, and Microsoft Silverlight, a development platform for creating engaging user experiences. Slalom benefits from the powerful and easy-to-use development tools and improved productivity with Microsoft Office Mobile software.

( We are having some serious issues with embedding the video. Silverlight, sigh. )

p.s - if you see the complete video. You will see an iPhone and a Blackberry users both moving to Windows Phone 7. Not bad, eh ?
